By engaging with Organil Services for Organic Food/Agriculture Certification Consulting Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services:
Organil Services provide Consulting Services related to Organic Food / Agriculture Certification as per the agreed proposal or Quote or contract. Any additional services may require a separate agreement.

Client Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the consulting process. Failure to do so may result in delays or an inability to provide services.

Confidentiality:
Organil Services will maintain the confidentiality of your information and only share it as outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required for certification purposes.

Intellectual Property:
All reports, materials, and recommendations provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for their intended purpose.

Payment Terms:
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability:
Organil Services liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as per local laws.
