Cancellation and Refund Policy

Organil Services strive to provide high-quality Organic Food/AgricultureCertification Consulting Services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. Our policy is as follows:

• Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@organil.org at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service.
• Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified timeframe, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
• Non-Refundable Services: If a consultation or deliverable has been completed, refunds cannot be issued.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services without additional fees if a request is made at least one week in advance.
